Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. ickle Kids reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Ordering
We have many ways in which you can order our ickle Kids Activity Packs and Travel Toys:
Online – please use our secure and user friendly shopping cart. Rest assured that your personal and card details are fully encrypted and secure.
Email – orders can be placed via laine@icklekids.com.au
Phone – we also understand that not everyone is comfortable with ordering online, so we are more than happy to take your order on the phone – please call us 0434 375 575 (Monday – Friday 9am till 6pm).
Party plan – we can come to you, if you are within 50 kms of Melbourne that is! We are offering for anyone who hosts a party with 6 or more people a voucher to the value of $20 which can be used towards any ickle Kids products. On top of that, the host will receive a further 10% of sales that exceed $350 to go towards any ickle Kids products.
Accepting payments
We accept Visa and Mastercard and we can process it via any of the ordering methods listed above. We also accept direct deposits into our bank account, please contact us for details.
Delivery
Our delivery charge is a flat rate of $8.50 Australia wide. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and will take between 1-5 days depending on which part of Australia your order is going to. If however, your order is urgent, we can send your order Express Post. For Express Post or International Orders, please email laine@icklekids.com.au for a quote on delivery costs and we will respond within 24 hours.
Exchange and Returns
We pride ourselves on our customer service and continually try and exceed your expectations.
Our cutomer satisfaction guarantee is that your kids will love our travel toys and kids activity packs as much as we do. If for some reason they don’t, we will refund the full purchase price, or exchange the product for something they are sure to love! Please note that on all refunds and exchanges of products, postage will be paid for by the customer.
Even if you have had our activity packs or travel toys for a few months (maximum time is a year - as we understand that some parents might stash these “goodies” away) and your kids decide that our activity pack or travel toy is not their “thing”, we will refund the cost of the purchase price (with proof of purchase) if:
1) Travel toys and toys in the activity packs are returned in an excellent condition, that is - toys are not damaged, unopened, and unused,
2) Activity Packs – all contents from the Activity Pack must be returned to ensure a full refund of the activity pack,
3) Postage on returning the goods to ickle Kids will be paid for by the customer.
Out of Stock / Back – Orders
From time to time, our ickle products may be out of stock. Should this happen, we will contact you immediately and inform you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back–order your item.
Faulty Products
ickle Kids ensure that all products dispatched are checked and packaged with care. However, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, please contact us via phone or email within 2 days of receipt and the items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. The faulty items should be enclosed with the original receipt, with labels and packaging intact. ickle Kids will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Please note, shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
